Return Policy
All products sold on MatchReady are digital downloads (PDF format) and are delivered electronically immediately after purchase.
No Refunds on Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been delivered or the download has been initiated, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you expressly acknowledge and agree at the time of purchase that:
- The digital content will be delivered immediately upon completed payment.
- You waive your right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) once the download has begun.
Exceptions
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchased file, please contact us at mariuszachariassen@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
